INDIGO is a friendly, welcoming, independent yoga & fitness studio!
We offer several styles of yoga, cycle, barre, TRX, sculpt and super fun combo classes!!
At INDIGO we believe:

Our classes are authentic and taught from the heart. We strive to create union of friends, of breath and movement, of body and mind. Join us on your mat or bike to have fun, get fit, and be inspired!!
The studio opens 15 minutes prior to class & will be locked at class time. All sales are final.
Yin & Yoga Nidra Exploration
In our crazy busy lives, it is important to take care of ourselves even though we are being pulled in many directions. Join us for relaxation and rejuvenation during a contemplative Yin Yoga class followed by the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra.
Yin Yoga works the deep connective tissues of the body. It can help lengthen tissues & strengthen joints as well as lower stress levels & blood pressure. It balances the mind & soul.
We will follow with Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep. It's an opportunity for us to allow the body and mind to completely rest, to find deep, dreamless consciousness and relaxation. We will provide all the props you need, plus a little gift to take home! Self-investment $30.00.

What We Do
All levels are welcome to this class where we pair breath with movement in creative yoga sequences. Check the schedule for Hot or Warm classes.
Join us for some great energy, great music and a great workout on the bike! Body bars and light weights round this class into a fun, full body work out.
An energizing blend of ballet, yoga, Pilates and strength. This class covers it all in a fun, full body workout! Check the schedule for Hot classes.
The best of two worlds! Our combo classes blend two different formats for a unique and creative workout. Portions of the combo classes may be in a heated room.
Slow Flow Yoga
Slow down in this reflective flow that draws purposeful attention to your breath & movement while intensifying your practice.
Sculpt & Yoga Sculpt
Build flexibility & strength using body bars, free weights, body weight and resistance work. This full body work out will challenge not only your body but your mind. Yoga sculpt adds the element of yoga!
Focus on your fascia and moving in deep with long, progressively intense holds. Fabulous for those really needing to stretch. Everyone is welcome! The room is very gently warmed, to keep comfortable during the poses.
Restore & Reset
Restore your body & mind to reset for the week! This class uses supported, meditative, gentle poses that allow you to relax and realign.

We ask that if you cannot agree to all the above, you please wait to join us when you have been fully recovered for at least three days or 14 days after any known exposure. Please bring only what you need for class into the studio, including your own mat, towel and water bottle. Showers are not available at this time.
