The Indigo Barre Training is a fully comprehensive program designed to provide you with the knowledge and confidence to teach dynamic, challenging, alignment based barre classes. We incorporate the fundamentals of anatomy, principles of movement, musicality, and the skills to motivate your clients in a well-rounded class.

Students must attend 5 Indigo Barre classes between registration and the beginning of training. Cost to attend classes is included in your investment.
If for any reason you cannot attend any portion of the training, please speak with Tricia in advance to make arrangements. Registration is refundable, less a $100 processing fee through TBD.
