Pair breath with movement in creative, purposeful, yoga sequences. Slow Flow yoga provides the same mind-body experience at a slower, deeper pace. Hot, Warm, and non-heated classes. All levels welcome.

YIN YOGA
Focus on your fascia and moving in deep with long, progressively intense holds. Fabulous for those really needing to stretch and optimize. Everyone is welcome! The room is very gently warmed, to keep comfortable during the poses.

Yoga Lessons
Private yoga lessons w/Tricia. Comprehensive yoga instruction including some of the more subtle aspects of yoga. Please provide your availability in your inquiry.

GENTLE YOGA
Slow down and enjoy a gentle, nurturing approach to yoga. This class moves at a slower pace to allow for an increased emphasis on breathing & stillness of body and mind. Gentle yoga is appropriate for students of all levels, including those seeking a more introspective practice. Gentle yoga is practiced in a non-heated studio.

RESTORE & RESET
Restore your body and mind to reset for the coming week. This class uses supported, meditative and healing poses to help you relax and realign. This class is the ultimate in self-care.

Private Yoga Parties
Private yoga parties with the available instructor of your choice. Enjoy yoga with your friends! Available for birthdays, bridal showers, and all sorts of fun gatherings!
